This is spearmint syrup, not peppermint, an important distinction. With only 0.5% menthol versus peppermint's 40%, this delivers gentle cooling and sweeter, subtler mint flavor. The result is refreshing brightness rather than intense cooling. Our customers use it for Mint Mojito Iced Coffee (a perfect drink for mid-afternoon refreshment) and chocolate-mint combinations that channel Thin Mint cookies.
