Yes, any time you need. By signing up for a recurring coffee subscription, you are not committed to anything aside from exceptionally great coffee showing up when you need it. Cancelling, skipping, or swapping is very easy through your customer portal.

In your customer account, you will see an option to change the date for your next delivery. Simply adjust this to the nearest possible date, and our team will get your order and ship it out.

When checking out, if you have $30 worth of eligible subscription products in your cart, you will get free shipping at $30 instead of our standard $40. This is usually two 12oz bags of coffee, or one 12oz bag of coffee and one syrup.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.

You can! In your customer account, you will see an option to "Skip" your next delivery. This will negate the next scheduled shipment, and the shipment following that will be the next one to ship.
This can also be done easily with our text message system. Save our number and text it any time to skip your next order in seconds.

Yes you are! Once you sign up for a subscription, your account will contain a button to "Swap" coffees. You can select from any of our other blends or rotating single origin (Roaster's Choice). page.

Absolutely! You can opt to create a new recurring (i.e. does not end until you cancel) subscription for your friend or loved one, or choose from one of our set duration Gift Subscriptions. We currently offer 3, 6, and 12 month options that are all pay upfront.
Either way, you'll just need to change the ship to address at check out. -
Generally speaking, no. Our gift subscriptions already come with a discount versus buying individually, and our coffee and syrup recurring subscriptions come with a 10% discount built in.

Each completed subscription order will give you money back ("credits") that you can spend on future subscription orders.
Orders 1-9*: Earn 2% back**
Orders 10+: Earn 4% back**
