Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will gladly accept returns on all wearable/washable items within 30 days of delivery. Please return merchandise with any original tags and packaging, unwashed and unused. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We will only refund or replace items if they are defective or damaged.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an apparel item for a different size, send us an email at shop@frothymonkeycoffee.com and we will provide a return shipping label. Once your return arrives to us we will provide a refund for the full purchase price minus the cost of return shipping.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (including coffee and syrups). All bulk coffee sales are final. All gift card sales are final.
Please bear in mind that Frothy Monkey will not accept responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of lost packages without proof of delivery. When your return is received, we will credit the card used to make the original purchase.
Frothy Monkey will process your return immediately. We will not accept exchange requests submitted after 30 days from the date of purchase.
