Bernardina is a rare variety discovered on the Pacas family's farms in El Salvador's Apaneca-Ilamatepec volcanic range, sharing 70% of its DNA with Geisha. Natural processed at Finca Santa Juana, where the Pacas family has been growing coffee since 1927. Smooth, creamy body with soft, mellow acidity.
