Banana Puddin' Cold Brew

Banana pudding, no spoon required. Soft, sweet, and creamy, with real banana flavor running straight through. Preparation

  1. Fill a 16 oz cup with ice.
  2. In a clean pitcher, combine the Frothy Cold Brew Concentrate, cold water, Banana Coffee Syrup, Vanilla Coffee Syrup, and oat milk. Stir well to integrate.
  3. Pour the mixture over the ice.
  4. Top with the vanilla cold foam.
  5. Garnish with crushed Nilla Wafers if desired.

How do you crush Nilla Wafers without making dust?
Stack 5 or 6 wafers in a zip-top bag and gently roll a rolling pin or the bottom of a sturdy cup over them. Stop when you have coarse crumbs with a few larger pieces. Powder-fine crumbs sink into the foam and disappear, so the goal is texture, not dust. A food processor works too, but pulse it in short bursts.

How do you make vanilla cold foam at home?
Whisk ½ cup of cold half and half with 1 pump (about 10 ml) of Vanilla Coffee Syrup until it thickens and holds soft peaks. A handheld milk frother is easiest. So is a Mason jar with a tight lid and 30 seconds of shaking. The vanilla in the foam doubles down on the syrup underneath and ties the whole drink to the pudding reference.

Can I make this without the Nilla Wafers?
Yes, but the wafers are what closes the banana pudding loop visually and texturally. Without them, this drinks more like a banana vanilla cold brew than banana pudding. If you're skipping wafers, consider adding ½ pump more banana syrup to keep the pudding-forward profile.
