Grown in the high-altitude volcanic soil of Kayanza, Burundi, this lot represents the work of over 1,700 smallholder farmers tending to heritage Red Bourbon trees. Thanks to Greenco’s meticulous fully washed process, the cup is exceptionally clean and traceable. It leads with a jammy Concord grape juice sweetness before settling into smooth cacao and brown sugar. Expect a light roast with a round, juicy body and a soft, lingering acidity.
